Our Founder & CEO, Clare Ducksbury, returns to the spotlight with a '60 Seconds With' interview featured in Issue 4 of TL4 Competition Magazine - The Legal Gambit: 2024’s First Moves in Law and Litigation.
In this edition, Clare was asked to offer insights into industry trends, essential skill sets, career aspirations, and future goals for Case Pilots. We even learnt about her hidden talent!
The 48-page magazine delves into a great selection of interesting subjects, providing updates on hot topic cases in the competition space - including, at page 25 where Belinda Hollway, Ruth Manson and Patrick Edward of Scott+Scott share their experience of the first collective settlement in the UK, in the Car Delivery Charges Claim. Case Pilots are proud to be appointed as the claims administrator by class representative - Mark McLaren, and were pleased to contribute to the settlement process.
This latest issue of the TL4 Competition Magazine also explores carriage disputes in the UK & Australia, new rules set by the Court of Appeal relating to Defendant communications with class members, and the uncertainty surrounding the funding of collective claims following the recent PACCAR decision. Much to digest!
