The process of reaching an agreement to compensate individuals harmed through legal settlements, such as Class Actions or Group Litigations Orders, can often take several years.  

In a recent virtual webinar hosted by Blackhawk Network's Chris Ford, the topic of Group Action Settlement Distribution was explored. Case Pilots' Clare Ducksbury, Scott & Scott's Cian Mansfield, and Angeion's Tom Moore, joined the panel to discuss payment challenges in the UK and other European jurisdictions, and offer advice on navigating best practice solutions to ensure that all claimants receive their rightful compensation.
